The Sawicki Speed Intimidator Exhaust for M8 Touring and Bagger models is a complete ground-up redesign engineered to extract the absolute maximum horsepower and torque from Milwaukee-Eight motors. With over 1,000 hours of R&D, this is the world’s first fully CAD-designed Harley aftermarket exhaust system, created to fit the widest range of touring applications while delivering race-bred performance straight out of the box.
At its core are 1 7/8" primaries stepped to 2", feeding a larger, airflow-optimized merge collector designed to balance velocity and back pressure for real-world power gains across the entire RPM range. Whether you’re running stock displacement or a built motor, the Intimidator flows more, pulls harder, and delivers the unmistakable authority Sawicki is known for.
Designed and built in Denver, North Carolina — just outside Mooresville, Race City USA — the Intimidator carries racing in its DNA. Members of the engineering team behind this system have worked on NASCAR and NHRA projects, and it shows in every curve, weld, and performance gain.

Freaking awesome so far. Not as loud and obnoxious as my big sexy but loud enough to sound great! Install was a breeze. I was dreading the springs but the went easy with the provided tool. And don't get wrong, the big sexy has its place, just not for an everyday rider of at least 30 minutes one way. IMO. Thank you for an awesome product.

I had the bike in for updates and checking tune… The whole shop was interested…(And they hear everything under the sun… They were Impressed. Just wanted to take a quick moment to reach out about my experiences with Sawick Speed. Purchased my first one for my last bike back in 2023 and when I called about availability and advice on lengths me and the rep on the line ended up bullshitting for about 45 minutes just about bikes and riding and having a few laughs, he ended up offering me advice on the upcoming Black Friday sale and I was able to hold off for a few days and scored one for a great price. Shipped up quick amazing quality and an even better sound. After trading it in I hopped on a 24 bagger and no brainer was another Sawicki pipe and as expected, same awesome quality and sound. Whenever someone asks for exhaust advice I always point them your way. Customer service alone is light years ahead of most other companies in this scene which is huge in itself but also backing that with a great product. Keep up the good work guys.

My name is Matthew, I just wanted to start by saying this email is just praise, I have no issues with my order but felt compelled to reach and tell you how much I?m impressed by your company and craftsmanship of my new exhaust. I?m a welder by trade (mig fabricator) wanted to pass on my respect for your TIG welder always been jealous of two handed welders as I don?t have the aptitude for it. This is my first steps into the V-twin world and I think I?m not going to be disappointed. As far as your company, I ordered over the weekend and by Wednesday my order was delivered in Eagle River Alaska. Amazon has trouble matching that speed. So again thank you for the jam up service and craftsman?s ship. If there?s any platform I could give you a review or shoutout please let me know. Rarely do this but rarely do I get a service and a product this good.

I was invited by Fred with Sawicki Speed to tour their manufacturing facility in Denver NC last week, and to pickup one of the first newly redesigned pipes. To say I was impressed would be a gross understatement !! I met Andy one of the owners and he gave me the full tour that few get to see , because of TOP SECRET trade secrets. I learned so much about HP, Torque,and exhaust Flow, they really take R&D very seriously and are trying to have one of the top performing pipes out there. I?ve been running a Sawicki Speed Mid length pipe for a long time now and absolutely love what I call the ?Sawicki ring? and the power I get out. They concentrated on HP , Torque and Flow as well as a completely new mounting system , bigger inlet pipe and inlet ring that fits into head, for better fit also big emphasis on the welding finish. These pipes are beautiful and are proven to perform. If you?re looking at pipes , take a look at Sawicki Speed, of course made right here in USA ???? , you won?t be disappointed !!!
