Returns, Cancellations & Order Terms

Due to supply chain constraints and inconsistencies, we ask anyone placing an order requiring immediate delivery to check stock with us prior to ordering. We do not provide inventory data to 3rd party sites. If you do not contact us about stock and cancel an order within 14 days of placing it, your order may be subject to the cancellation fee below. Do not place an order you need immediately without checking stock first! Additionally, some parts are special order and cannot be cancelled or returned as detailed below.

To ensure fair handling and processing of returned products, Sawicki Speed applies a 20% restocking fee to eligible returns.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order for coated or polished exhaust products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The product is being custom finished specifically for their order.
  2. The order cannot be changed or canceled once released to the coating or polishing process.
  3. The sale becomes final when the product is sent to the finisher.

Online Order Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns & exchanges must be approved in advance by Sawicki Speed. Please fill out our support form or reach out to info@sawickispeedshop.com.
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Product must be free from damage, modification, or signs of use.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Sawicki Speed error.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom-built products
  • Special-order products
  • Coated exhaust components
  • Polished exhaust components
  • Any product that has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

Coated & Polished Exhaust Product Policy

  • Because coated and polished exhaust components are custom finished to order, additional restrictions apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order modifications or cancellations may be requested only before the product has been released to the finishing process.
  • Once an exhaust component has been sent to a coating or polishing vendor, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Final Sale Products

  • All coated and polished exhaust components are considered custom-finished products.
  • Any order containing coated or polished exhaust components becomes final sale once the product is released to the finisher.
  • No returns, exchanges, refunds, or order changes will be accepted after the product has been sent for coating or polishing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to have a trouble-free experience and are always here to help. Any damaged or defective items are subject to the below terms.

  • If an item shows up damaged or defective, take clear photographs and email them to info@sawickispeed.com with an explanation of the defects.
  • If you opted in to package protection from Route, you may file a claim with them for damaged, lost or stolen items. Check your email from Route for instructions on filing a claim.
  • In the case of a defective or mispacked item, please do not install it, and take pictures of the condition received in. Once an item is installed, no damage/mispackaged claims can be processed and the part is the customer's property. After install, any defects found are to be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. See below for additional information on Sawicki's exhaust and heat shield warranties.

General Disclaimers

  • All products Sawicki Speed sells are used/installed at the buyer's risk. We are not liable for any damages, defects, or installation costs related to the product.
  • Under no circumstance is the cost of installation reimbursable by Sawicki Speed.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will offer the option to cancel the order, or purchase at a normal or reduced price.
  • Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this is the case with a new shipping quote after your order.
  • We do not accept checks or money orders for online payments.
  • Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • All images, logos, and descriptions are property of Sawicki Speed.
  • Defective items are always handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
  • The customer is responsible for fitment of the parts ordered, and liable for any costs to replace incorrectly ordered parts (See return policy above). If the customer is unsure about fitment we recommend calling Sawicki at (855) 971-3610 to verify prior to purchase.
  • Any exhaust system or product that replaces the factory catalytic converter is sold for off road or closed course use only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the parts they purchase comply with their manufacturer’s warranty, and all local emissions laws.
