NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN CALIFORNIA ON ANY POLLUTION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLE. Use of select racing products on highway motorcycles may not be emissions-compliant. Aftermarket Critical Emission Control Parts are regulated by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Since these parts may replace or otherwise interfere with the operation of emission controls (such as a catalytic converter or oxygen sensor), their use could be considered tampering under California's anti-tampering law, Vehicle Code Section 27156.

The installation, sale, offer for sale, or manufacture of this product may also be ILLEGAL NATIONWIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL CLEAN AIR ACT (42 U.S.C. § 7522(A)(3)). Users must comply with all federal, state, and EPA regulations.
