The Sawicki Speed Intimidator Exhaust for 2009–2016 Harley-Davidson Touring and Bagger models was engineered to bring modern race-bred performance to the legendary Twin Cam platform. Designed from the ground up with the same philosophy behind the M8 Intimidator lineup, this system delivers increased flow, stronger torque, sharper throttle response, and the aggressive sound riders expect from Sawicki Speed.
Developed through extensive R&D and fully CAD-designed for precision fitment, the Intimidator features 1 3/4" primaries stepped to 2" paired with a larger, optimized merge collector engineered to maximize scavenging and airflow efficiency. The result is a system built to support everything from stock displacement Twin Cam baggers to high-performance big-inch builds.
Handcrafted in Denver, North Carolina, just outside Mooresville’s famed Race City USA, the Intimidator reflects Sawicki Speed’s deep roots in American motorsports and performance engineering.
